This is a 6-month program and includes 1:1 Zoom coaching sessions. During our initial consult we decide how frequently to meet for sessions (weekly or bi-weekly).

You will have 24/7 email access to me and receive worksheets and resources as we work together. I share these documents with you in a Google Drive folder.

Every program is unique because YOU are unique, but we usually begin by defining what's important to you (your values) and shifting your mindset to one that is more fully aligned with who you are becoming. This foundation helps us start creating massive results.

Our first few sessions are devoted to developing clarity. We move forward from there but the work of 'knowing yourself' is ongoing. It's at the heart of every session.

With greater vision, we decide on your goals and your plan to get there.

Some people work best with a solid structure and accountability. Some people need variety. My job is part Coach, part Alchemist. I design a strategy that works for YOU based on the core principles of this program. We check in regularly to see what's working and what's not.

I may start your session with a short meditation. You can always request this if I don't, it helps to connect to the moment and our time together.

We may spend time talking about challenges coming up for you in between sessions, or I present new concepts and strategies for you to start working with.

We check in with your progress, new ideas, and mindset on a regular basis.
